Japan is looking very bad right now. That cannot help. It was once observed that 3% growth in Japan's economy for two years equals one year of total GDP in China. Japan matters above all else in Asia and Japan is not looking good.

I am convinced that under-developed societies will employ wireless communications in a big way. And technology of all kinds. So I am optimistic this near-recession will be short-lived.
