Great Points.

I'll out there be competing with you for that new job- this would put me out of business too. However, I don't imagine it would effect the CME as they are regulated by another agency.

Funny thing about this for me is I mostly day trade SPYders in 100 share lots. They would protect me from doing this yet with less capital I could day trade 1 S&P emini and destroy my account with 5x the leverage.

Sorry, didn't mean to be unsympathetic. I wouldn't think of trading for a "business" with an acct. under 25K (cash), but I guess I should realize that other people have different concepts. Maybe if you have a good track record and can prove it, you can find someone to lend you a stake.
