JDN,

I think this "monkeying around" sounds expensive enough as it is -- most sober estimates that I've read come up with a bill of 2.5 trillion dollars for it. Since I have no great faith in the current surplus projections actually materializing, this does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about the Federal Government's fiscal health a few years down the line.
