How might the issue of volume apply to MWBX, since it has such low volume and jumps up and down on volume of 100 or 200 shares?

Many techniques begin with a cumulative sum divided by the number of observations in the index. By itself this isn't a valid method but the prediction error can be feed back to the predictor and enhance the prediction. Complex weighting schemes can be applied to what has now become 3 variables instead of just a simple moving average. Instead of a simple average begin with some type of custom weighting scheme. Calculate the error and feed back a weighted value of this error. Apply similar weghts when combining these 2 variables into the third variable.
