mindmeld: Welcome to the camp of the tempo-bears! Good observations on staffing and responsiveness. Smart to stay away until the grinding reduction in stock price ceases. At which point you can assess the results of the corporate fitness program before committing further hard earned cash. You may want to plan for flexibility in timing however. It may take more than one quarter's earnings. Layoffs hint that management time horizon for recovery isn't within next few months. One warning. It isn't as easy being bearish as it seems. The temptation to buy every temporary dip is overwhelming. John.
