I agree. Yahoo needs to charge for the services that stand above those of other free sites. Clearly, searching is not one of them. Free email is available everywhere too so they are offering a larger box for a fee. I pay that but I suspect I am the minority. However, the net2phone should not be free. Some of the financial sources should be a pay for use versus some that are free. The portfolio ought to stay free because that is free in a lot of places. The same goes for standard news. I believe the calendar service along with the note paid service shlould have a small charge if one uses the calendar reminder feature. A calendar without a reminder should be free. We are looking at incremental revenue. It is incremental over a large user base so should bring in a fair amount of revenue.
