Hmmm, Well, even the SEC has trouble proving that kind of thing. One things for sure, your $$ is gone, and its not coming back. But feel free to side with those who encouraged you to flush your $$. Had you listened to a pro, you wouldnt have watched 92%+ of your $$ disapear in short order. (I have only been around since 40 cents warning people that scamsters wanted their $) BTW, 2 of the former officers are FELONS convicted of fraud. But I am sure they wouldnt ever do it again, right ? LOL
