Well said . The ignorant fool missed my point that the liberals don't mind spending 90 % of education dollars on 5 % of the students (SPECIAL ED). Than there are no complaints about the percentage. However the majority of the students suffer so that the few can prosper. However we end up making the strong weak by attempting to make the weak strong.
