But thanks for the copernic link. I saved it in case I need it later.

The copernic software needs to be downloaded. You would be amazed at the time it saves you and what it can do. The strange part is it is free and most have never heard of it.

Some people find interesting things, and then they persuade themselves that they need them. I have enough trouble just taking care of things that are staring me in the face.

I agree with you. I made an effort to find certain features on-line due to my constant travel between stores and my home office. I know I am far smaller than most firms but we still have about a dozen computers. Some are laptops, etc. It became easier to to access any computer at any of my stores when a salesman calls to make an appointment. It also is easier for my employees to leave email with a question on Yahoo to me or another employee. This way one can access it with any terminal or with a regular or celular phone. I am talking about voice recognition not WAP with typing letter by letter<G> Maybe the advantages a specific to my situation. It does have the advantage that I do not need to check my call voice mail, then my personal email, tne...etc. when I can call or access by computer Yahoo mail in seconds.
