Woody, As far as I know...I kept both feet on the ground in Arlington lol. UST has an ACT 8/2 to 8/3. You have to go VERY strict on the rule for IL construction which gives 6/30 as L2. Price activity between T2 and L2 verifies its significance as does late Aug/early Sept activity...as well as 9/29 and 10/4. The IL is almost to 50 now so UST has to hustle if it wants to get there.
