Hi mm,

Actually I throw 90% of my manuals in the garbage. In cases where I download software (I prefer to download new software) I get Adobe Acrobat manuals. They are good, as you can use a search function, instead of wading through pages and pages.

When all else fails, I just go online and search the website for solutions.

The only manuals I keep, are the hardware manuals I get with my computers, for hardware settings, etc, but when you come to think of it, you can get most of that online too.

Another reason I like online info, is I let my computer read it out to me. I have had a text to speech reader for years, the one that comes with Sound Blaster cards, and I am so use to using that reader it makes life easier, crank the speakers up, and you can be in the kitchen making super and listening to the computer read news, online help, or long SI posts.
