You are correct in that the bulk of money made is when coming out of bear markets and major corrections........BUT, are we coming out now? I see 3 positives and one of the positives is actually a negative 1) lowering rates 2) lots of sideline money 3) lots of shorts The above give one reason to be optimistic, althoug #, the shorts is also a negative because they will short every rally we have until we finally sustain a rally which we have yet to do and doesnt look like we can. Aside from thsoe 3 positives, when I think of the negatives, there are just too many to list, but the bottom line is the market is telling us it is in trouble and the rescue boat has yet to be sent out to save it, and may not for quite some time............ keith, thinking if 2000 doesnt hold, it gets uglier then even the bears ever dreamed of.....
