L.H: From Dec. I have maintained that the SEMI's are in a cyclic downturn. The current valautions of the SEMI's are extremely mudied because of the splits during bubble days.. My work sugest many are atleast 50-60% overvalued . Like in 98, there is about 3 mths of denial, 2 mths of hard selling and 2 mths of accumulation. We are still in the denial stage.

Our Board members would be wise to use 98 lows as risk datums.
