If that's true then how do you explain the pro-choice movement? It's the Republicans that want to make the choice for everyone. That's letting the gov't decide and taking a personal choice from the individual.

Bush's education plan would make school funding and teacher's raises dependent on how well the students do on a test that the federal gov't would devise and administer. Sounds like big gov't to me.Not only do they administer the test but they decide what has to be on the test so they are deciding what children will be taught.
