We didn't have no economic upturn under Bush Sr.'s watch.
Actually, we did, flappie. As he said in his re-election campaign, the economy had already turned around BEFORE the election. It just wasn't far enough up yet for him to win. Unfortunately, Slick got the benefit of Bush Sr.'s work.

Then why don't you leave? I assume you want to cling to some belief that you are going to "educate" the great unwashed right-wing masses.

Your conviction regarding Gore's performance in Florida is exactly why I don't post over at the Bush thread. I just got tired of it. Doesn't seem to smell any fresher when posted on this thread either.
