I'm thinking that the market will finnaly put in a bottom when there are Senate hearings to separate analysts from institutions.

I'm thinking we will only have long term economic stability when the Senate finally tells the FED (in writing) that they can't play with the interest rates unless there is a national emergency.

IMHO It is more the FED, not the value of stocks, that has caused the market we are going through and it is congress that defines the role of the FED.
