With routing problems, one person may not have a problem accessing a particular site, while another person will have slow access or no access at all. It is highly likely that the packets are routed completely differently for you than they are for thecow. I have seen this situation quite frequently. Based on RR's response, they are saying that the problem is on SI's end.

From what I gather from contacting Roadrunner (and agree with) they are saying my problem is not on their end. The first few hops to and out from roadrunner are fine. I then run into problems. My problems seem to be with alter.net [152.63.11.93]. I'm trying to find out if they are a service SI uses or what I can do to eliminate the problem.
