You might find this "interesting" then. Personally, I find it repulsive.

Long live the USA.

I don't think the Butchers of Tianamen Square are going to agree to a democratic government and a free enterprise economic system. And I and hundreds of millions of others are not going to agree to anything else.

Actually, they would agree to a capitalist system as long as they get their cut, but democrcay is out. They've made that perfectly clear.

Oh, and theocracy is out as a form of government. There are some Islamic nations that won't have it any other way.

Socialism? No thanks.

So don't hold you're breath waiting for world government.

Rich re:"Well, if you look forward with a progressive viewpoint far into the future, if the world is to progress and not self destruct, yes one world government would be the logical answer."

Rich, you're wasting you time with these people....they believe that this tiny tiny spec in the vast universe was specially selected by someone who created the universe in 7 days. They also believe that a great flood occured and one man and his family built a little boat and saved a pair of each species on earth (gee, I wonder where the water went?). Given their choice they would take us back to the 15 century when cities, not countries, had walls around them to keep out enemies , ie the other cities nearby..
