better late than never.... it's the darnedest thing. i just ran liveupdate tonight and guess what showed up? "LiveUpdate for Norton AntiVirus 2001 This update includes ScriptBlocking technology etc. etc." amazing! i knew something was screwy, but who knows what? why did that update just now make itself available to me when other folks have already downloaded and installed it? i think gottfried was in step with me on the updates.... let's see if he gets the scriptblocking update now. :) mark
