Yeah, how come people never post their losses here?

Not trying to be smug, but let's see the whole story.

Girl Friday: Jenna needs no defense. But I recall that several times within the past couple of weeks Jenna has noted her losses in TLGD and IBM (until recently). There have been many others of course, but they just don't come to mind at the moment.

That was refreshing - a reasoned and reasonable critique. Not enough of that on SI these days.

Girl friday.. if you think I will defend having called this technology downfall because no one listened then forget it. I won't apologize for making money, and for the ON the MARK calls of myself, 2MAR$, Dave Gore, and others like us posted all the price targets WE FELT WERE RIGHT.. and our PRICE TARGETS on NTIQ, EPNY, BRCM,BRCD, JNPR, IWOV, NUFO, ONIS, DPMI, CCMP, PMCS, SDLI, JDSU, BEAS, ADBE, MACR, GLW, RIMM, WEBM, etc. etc. were almost on the dot, while the price targets of analysts of 200 and 300 were in land of Oz. But if SI wants OZ, and it looks like they do, we won't stand in the way. But of course, if we can't post challenging, thought provoking commentary, shorts that are on the mark, then we have nothing to do here either and its basically mutual.

But I do agree SI is not prepared to face what really went down these past 6 months and instead of placing guilt on the deserved (which will only show how gullible they were) you and some other place guilt on the VERY ONES that would have saved your butts. This is so absurd and don't worry because we won't be posting market analysis here any longer. Its just not satisfying for us...

We get on the mark calls for months, on the mark analysis of market situations and we won't deal with those wearing blinders who CLEARLY KNOW the TRUTH but are lashing out anyhow. So for you and others we give you the new SI.. as it is now and we won't be posting anything about the market any longer.

Let SI go back to its fight clubs and we will leave it alone.. But our bookmarkers (all the thousands) have the option of the OLD Market Gems thread as it was up to last Friday, if they choose. We hope all the bookmarkers and those interested in unbiased technical analysis and market calls join us when we find our new roost. Its pretty good after 4 years, we think we have outgrown SI anyhow.

As for this thread.. now our focus is in GETTING ALL ADVERTISING OFF SI.. IMMEDIATELY.. and we will be posting in depth on how this plays out.
