When to enter the market is a difficult decision to make. If you buy stocks now do you buy and hold? The buy and hold strategy works only if you know which stocks to hold and which stocks to sell. Right now the market considers almost all technology companies as poor investments. The bellwether companies have no growth left in them. INTC, MSFT, SUNW, NT, CSCO, ORCL, IBM, AOL, etc. will not be able to grow revenues. Their forward p/e's are too high. The market is telling us that. Even if AG lowers the interest rate I think the party for most technolgy companies is over. Which companies that still have growth in them have to be sought. I would think small cap with new products and good cash position stand a better chance than large cap companies.
