The highest standard of living in world probably exists in the Scandanavian countries which are more socialistic than any other European country and certainly more so that the USA.....please explain>>

That's laughable.....if there's a brain drain is will be the Asians and the Europeans that have come to this country leaving to go to Costa Rica.... for verification check the ethnic makeup of our grad schools and R&D labs...
