WRONG !! I've told you before that if you do the count on a state by state basis which is the way the electoral college works, GORE wins the "population" vote by 8, 613,199 votes...so how can Bush win by 16,000,000 on a county by county basis .....that would mean Bush needed some very very large counties that went overwhelmingly for him....can you name any such counties. I come from a county that is at least 3:1 republican and Bush barely won....
