Some excellent thoughts there, Paul. I have more faith in LPAC and the digital future than ALLY, frankly, and I have done much more DD on LPAC. My track record with timing gaming stocks has sucked so I just put some chips on the table for a long-term ride in ALLY.

Excellent thread here, keep up the good work.

Picked up LPAC over last 2 sessions with average cost 2.58. This was Dale Baker rec. streetsideinvestor.com
I waited till strike issue went away. Valuation pushed my buttons on this: EV/EBITDA of 3.2 and P/FCF under 3 [12 months CFO-CAPEX=.87 per share]. While they do have a shareholder rights plan to prevent someone from stealing the company, I gotta believe someone can make an offer that's a big pop from current levels and still very accretive to acquirer.
