Dear Patricia, you said >>>The example I made was in a small time company so I can imagine how bad it must be with the big time players!

Extremely small minds make such comparisons between small companies and large. In a large company scrutiny is intense and an honest employee can always drop a dime. Do you know what an honest employee is??? Possibly you have no qualification to be hired by a large company and thus you have never worked for one. The cost in penalties for the slightest amount of fraud is so large that it is not tolerated. Most large defense companies have large groups who job is to proactively make sure that a company complies with all laws.

I have worked for the Department of the Navy, General Mills, United Technologies, Westinghouse, Northrup Grumman, Emhart, Raymond Engineering and several small companies.
