I agree completely -- the end of the biz plans for 90% of them were simply to do an IPO and prop it through expiry of the lock-ups. I don't think too many made that

BTW what is the USA words for "nailers" where you keep sheeple in on a expected "bargain" by giving them something up front (at a loss) so you can arrange the fleecing in full later?
