Ajt - I harbor no ill will whatsoevr to your comment.
Wards should have died years ago. We are in 100% agreement.

As for GE, they got what they wanted, the only profitable piece that wards had, credit customers and a few other odds ands ends.

They are selling the assets, buildings etc below cost right now, and on that basis they have reduced payouts to employees. I bet 120% of my ASS that there is a future kickback or something(on the sale of tose assets below cost) we will never see or hear about that gets them this "extra" money that could have been used to give something to 20 yr employees.

Why Mobil bought them in the first place is as stupid as anything else, but that IMHO does not let me forgive GE for raping the leftovers.

I wish Zeev would follow this one, as I want payback. A good entry into a GE short or PUT play is what I want. I do not want to let emotions enter into stock trades so I have stayed away so far.
