Part of doing business in US. Can't live with those pesky lawyers and can't live without them either. That's why there's insurance. I don't think it'll hold water anyway.

Vomitorium!
The leader is feudal, value false, advantages ephemeral, denial strong, faith blinding, spin counter-clockfoolish, pain exquisite, implosion slow-motion, and cost high.

Integrity always leaves the party first, followed by honesty, conscience, vision, moral authority, and finally, leadership.

The HK tycoon Li Kai-shing once inadvertently spilled some news causing options on his company to drastically go down the next day on expiration. He made all investors whole without even a hint of law solutions (HK law, in that particular instance, would not have caused him to lose case anyway), announcing the very next day that he would buy back all options at the price before he slipped up.

Yup, Rome was not built in a day, but was put to waste in much less time.

I hope AMZN does not go belly to the sky before all those so very entertaining business books gets published, in the spirit of Barbarians at the Gate, Den of Thieves, Merchant of Debt, Inside Story, Money Culture, Devil takes Hindmost, etc. Second though, I suppose www.bn.com will do just as well, as there are no secrets to any business, except Coca Cola.

Oops, here it is again ...

If we even cause one family on this thread to lighten up and cash in, we will have done a good thing.
