Here's a link with an illustration of MSL and MSH. The guys at undergroundtrader.com and at kingcambo.com use these terms rather frequently in their calls as far as I know.

Here's King Cambo's definition:
[MSH] - abbreviation for market structure high (consisting of a new high, followed by a higher high, then followed by a lower high)

[MSL] - abbreviation for market structure low (consisting of a new low, followed by a lower low, then followed by a higher low)
