Is there any chance of CSCO being taken over as the stock price moves closer to book value ?

On what do you base these numbers? I'm trying to get a handle on this, as it is a big unknown amount of risk for the company.

Nobody (least of all Chambers) seems to have any idea on EPS for CY2001 (estimates are all over the map), so I am using P/S as my main valuation measure for CSCO.
