kerry thanks for the very informative faq. fwiw, upon reading zonelab's paragraph about bypassing security settings in order to run the symantec test, i found that to the best of my knowledge, i was not doing any of the things they listed. ******************************** "If you had to do any of the following in order to run Symantec's test, when you wouldn't ordinarily do so, then Symantec's site is not testing your security software.
