Open letter to Jeff and SI STAFF PLEASE state openly and unequivocally, what we can and can't post on the Market Gems forum. The fact that you allow these constant attacks, over and over and yet you don't state you have allowed our ads is misleading. We have stated our policy of getting rid of the ads.. and now they start with more attacks.. It is obvious this group BELONGS TO a competitive web site...or have a personal vendetta or agenda, because even when we stop advertising they go on attacking. with their cheap shots hiding behind names like bob, lola patricia, carefully taking names that won't let them be banned easily. Eventually we get rid of them, but why prolong it? It's now the time for SI to come clean, lay its cards on the table. ARE YOU GOING TO LET THESE UNPROVOKED ATTACKS GO UNPUNISHED and UNFETTERED? Or are you going to let everyone know we asked permission time and time again and were permitted our ads as long as we kept up interesting information for everyone. I have e-mails to that effect and have always been above board and asked EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. And you let us continue.. now you let these attacks continue also.. SI you are sitting on the fence and not TAKING A STAND. You are trying to appease both sides but it is not working. so Market Gems has taken a stand. There will be no more advertising on the Market Gems site, NONE. Market Gems should be erased from the header and the new thread MUST be MONITORED BY SI STAFF TO KEEP THESE FIGHTERS AWAY FROM US. If SI can't give us a trouble free area to post without incessant attacks, then SI is indeed shirking its responsibility and trying to be too diplomatic. Maybe some third party can intervene here. Our requests are simple.. keep away the 12 or 13 that we banned who are frequent visitors here and whose only reason to come onto the market gems site was to BASH, BATTER, ATTACK and have taken 'cover' under names that can't be banned. I though that once we left off the Market Gems name and started fresh without advertising we would be able to continue without their incessessant lunacy, innuendo and tirades without any facts just for the sake of maligning. But we can't ban bob, why? Because bob is bob and even though he has been once before suspended he comes on and does his work. We know its a matter of time, he is evicted from our site completely, but it should be done immediately. Also please state your policy once and for all on Market Gems site, but UNDERSTAND that even if you allow ads, we are NOT INTERESTED.. WE will keep our new site AD free. You, in turn, keep these 'posters' off our site immediately. And please make them use other names, they are TRICKING YOU and perpetually attacking everyone and making sure they can't be banned. I don't have the time for these games. You might also add that we are interested in having a "featured forum on SI" to get these posters in bay and stop them from whining like dying giraffes. You can't just remain silent and let this fringe element take over SI.. They are doing everything in their power to impede the stock selection and postings. This weekend has been a joke.. and I'm not so sure who is the butt of this joke and who is looking like a jerk. Its not SI and it's not me.. so guess again. I will end up posting anyhow and I will stay on SI, so they will NEVER EVER win in the end. I've been here too long and after 4 years, if anyone is leaving it won't be me. You can take that to the bank. They are hurting SI badly. I will have my private area anyhow (we were working on that all along as we BOTH KNOW) but if you leave SI to the TIM LUKE's and bob's out there, it won't be the best outcome. But can you intervene finally and not make this so unnecessarily difficult. This will drive away posters who don't want to see gang warfare on SI. And this is completely unprovoked. JUST TELL THEM WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THE PAST 4 YEARS. Please do not respond to me if you are not staff, This is an open letter and I'm not getting into a dialogue with anyone.
