Do I short stocks? NO!!!!!!!!! Myself, I think it should be outlawed. Since I have dinner on the grill outside I am going to allow myself to selectively respond to your earlier post! :) Trading is about making money and I don't differentiate between long and short when it comes to profit. I do not subscribe to the view that shorting is somehow anti-capitalistic or un-American behavior. Well, I'm Canadian so there you go. When the overall market trend is down, don't fight the trend. Or at least stay on the sidelines...
