Gerry, thanks for the article. It provides a rational basis for continuing to believe that NHC is in the right place at the right time with the right product (only, in the worst possible market - I guess three out of four ain't bad). Today could be more rough sledding, NAZ futures down 57 and change right now. Ugh.
