John Sweeny must be proud. :-) Chas btw, would you name a few of those banana republics that has a Supreme Court that keeps the rule of law intact. I can't come up with any. Remember, just having something called a Supreme Court doesn't count: it must keep the rule of law intact. But then if it had one and the rule of law prevailed, it wouldn't be a banana republic, would it? Really a military coup, right?
