so the leadership of the ndx is relatively cheap compared to pfe, ko, fd, dis, sbux, stpl, slb or even wmt?? well...that's the same arguement that was used to boost the underachievers among the i-nets.... relative x-sales, or relative x-cap etc etc etc.... and as the above relative valuations come down..... who knows, they may reverse and the ndx leadership becomes over valued again... i really don't see the fundamental case for what you said.
