The second factor was the number of votes cast by people ineligible to vote and/or who voted multiple times in multiple precincts.

My sister lives in CA, but she used to live in VA. Last time I went to vote her name was on the list of registered voters at the polling place where I voted in VA. She voted in CA. I doubt she would have wanted to catch a flight from San Francisco to Fairfax just to vote twice but she could have. There wasn't any voter fraud in this case but it does show how the electoral rolls are not frequently purged of ineligible voters or voters who now live in new states.

My final post on this off-topic subject...just felt like debating a bit of politics tonight on the AMD thread...

jbkelle,

Why make this your last post? In spite of some the strong disagreements and the criticism from others, this thread has become a forum for AMD and a number of other subjects. In addition to being a great way to get rid of stress and repressed hostility, I am learning a lot.

No requirement to post...but when you are up to it.
