When CSCO bought Stratacom in 1996, they had a market cap of $40B and a PE of 40. I think the revenues were around $7B. That PE of 40 was a pretty solid floor. I am going to stick with it as a target. Just saw CSCO at $18.88. I think that puts it a market cap of about $134B. Does $16/share work out to PE of 40?
