OT and of no interest except to Lar .... can't say anything pleasant about this market today .. so seeing as how I'm now a "boid brain" I'll give an boidseye report on the Sat game at Piscataway NJ with the LadyJacks vs the LadyScarletKnights SouthlandConf winner SFA gets to tourney for the 14th consecutive year with Wright and Prater leading them to win 13 of last 14.. I've seen them play three games and they will play hard Rutgers, with Vivian Stringer coaching, has had them in the SweetSixteen in 98, EliteEight in 99, FinalFour last year and they aren't going to be happy going home early this year .. I've seen them play (tv) 2 games this year and that lil gal Sutton-Brown is a player and the other one, seems as if her name was Pointer... will be a fun game to watch on Sat... and of course, as usual, Larry and I'll be on different sides ..... go Lady Jacks ... beat that NY team now Sat I'll def be watching on tv (unfortunately) from the floor in Lubbock the LadyRaiders, with a young inexperienced team which was picked to finish LOW in the Big12 and who have 7 of their 12 who've never played in a NCAA tourneament game .... Marsha Sharp, the coach, has got this bunch of green kids playing above their heads ... good quickness and a dang good center, Pierson , will try to advance against Denver ... about whom I know next to nothing as I did see them lose to Baylor but have 3 players scoring in double figs and are holding their opponents to less than 60 .. so this should be a good game also, but neither of these teams should go too far up the ladder ... and I suspect that Lar will be rooting for a dif team than will I ...... but we don't agree on much the same anyway .... now this has bored the tread ...... LOL best bet for the gamblers is Rutgers
