The ticket is marked as a principal trade ..but all commissions or charges must be disclosed on the confirm..thats what I have been saying all along..My point is that what the Firm made must be on the confirm,,margarets contention is that the firm is charging in excess of whats on her confirm, and thats what Im saying isnt allowed. Im not sure what the point of this little dialougue is about. She should simply , ask for everything Ive mentioned if yuou think one of them isnt necessary than thats difft, But teh point is that she have all the docs that can help her prove or disprove her claims..I do think she needs an atty, the Firm will screw her royally on her own
