Taint no value stocks that have a PSR of 6, PE of 38, and net margin of only 12.95% - which is what CSCO has at $19. Since their earnings are almost certain to go negative the PE will go to N/A and net margin will go negative, and since revenues will be down the PSR will go higher than 6.

Not even close to either fairly valued, or a value stock. Needs to be less than $10 to fit that bill.

I'm just trying for a short term scalp, relatively low $$$ so no big deal if I get stuck with it.
