As everybody well knows EDGE is an enhanced modulation of the GSM-GPRS standard and has nothing to do with CDMA and never will.

I wonder would your mail be due to ignorance or intentional lying?

In your mail 94244 you claim Alcatel says they will have basic GPRS phone in 2004, meanwhile everyone knows it was launched last month.
