CREE, INC. (CREE) BUY Price: $15.72 Target Price: $25
Cree’s largest customer, Osram, supplies LEDs into the European auto market which announced some slowdowns today. VW, Europe’s biggest carmaker, saw sales decline 12.5% in February to 116,919 units.

By our calculations, a decrease of approximately 15,000 automobile units that include roughly 65 blue LEDs per dash panel, translates into a total decline of about 975,000 Cree LEDs for the month of February
