Qualcomm is effectively selling at 1.5 sales.<< not entirely true. to approximate the costs associated with garnering the $1 billion at $0 is a joke. lawyers are needed. personnel to verify numbers. the cost of r&d. the material costs are quite low, though, and it is better than a manufacturing company. those costs aren't $0, though.
