thanks transmission: the Post article states "fixed-wireless technology, once hailed as a cheap, brilliant solution for transmitting voice and data traffic from the roofs of office buildings -- is now considered a marginal complement to the common fiber optic pipe".

What do you think of this quote? It is my understanding that the fixed wireless technology is doing just fine.

The best service that TGNT could make to the BBFW industry now is to
go out of business fast, so that WCII and maybe XOXO can get its customers.
The herd must be thinned to allow the stronger animals to survive.
