i'm continually amazed at the fact that the SOX is always the first tech sector to attract money. it's as if Intel had never said a detracting word. per experience however, the semi cycle tends to last four years - 2 up and 2 down. meaning for those inclined to pick a bottom, there's not really a hurry.
