Two ways of looking at it for those who margined to the hilt on the market and those maxed out with debt. Well if you can raise your rates and create business you ought help T and few of the others in telecommunications group. The main thoughts have been costs savings to increase revenue in business. When this doesn't work and you start reducing employees it amazing how that back fires into my general economy. I might of made a bid of forty thousand for a design fee and some banana just got laid off and baby needs shoes and whoops went me. You raise fees in good times not in bad.
