Nice little pop in SOX and select B2Bs: ITWO, ARBA, CMRC. SUNW up almost 10 percent off its lows, too. The TRIN, TICK, and VIX are bringing in some bottom-fishing and short-covering. Market internals are still awful: 4:1 down stocks over up, 5:1 down volume over up.

WEBM.. once a stock has some good news and its a player in its sector, its hard to get it short. as you an see WEBM moved up strongly today after the upgrade to BUY. and is now consolidating again.
