Everyone knows that the Clinton Bear Market started well over a year ago.

The Clinton economic mess - Bear Market and Recession - will help pass the Bush program. And AG Ashcroft will aggressively target Dem Vote Fraud, making Dems' hopes of re-stealing power illusory.
