WEBM & ITWO cut a deal, that's why B2B's are green.

Who knows how long it will last. If we get another deal like this it could be a buy signal for longs and a cover signal for shorts.

I've got to hand it to the bears! They put a whoopin on the bulls the past calendar year! BUT, As in sipping a fine whine, all good things shall pass, (at some point!) I believe we are establishing a bottom in this range. It has nothing to do with Naz 2000 but everything to do with sentiment. I followed the Buffalo Bill's when they were 2-14 in the mid 80's and even then, sentiment wasn't this bad!!

BTW, Any Clipper fans out there??!!!

ARBA and PPRO below 11 and 10 respectively is worth the risk at this point. The small investor can purchase 100 shares for a low price and in reality take the risk without losing much more than $1k! That's got to be attractive to a few out there!! People have to start thinking long term at these levels!!

Then again, it's going to take an island load of 100 share buys to make those fund managers start feeling smart again.

Sabre!
